The Designer creates and delivers design. He/she also works closely with AD’s, Motion Designers and Developers and helps out on treatments. Designers are very organized and have a strong attention to detail and aesthetic. He/she expresses their creative ideas clearly and concisely through their comps and layouts.  Designers have the ability to see through the entire design process as it evolves. The Designer reports to the Creative Director.

  Tasks:

  • Designs and produces content for a wide range of material such as treatments, apps, sites, films, books, magazines, newspapers, other electronic media and packaging

  • Designs media in a wide variety of styles that correspond to the clients needs

  • Develops designs that are on strategy and reflect brand’s personality

  • Interacts with creatives and producers throughout entire creative process and production process

  • Strong creative view with the ability to present ideas clearly

  • Monitors projects through all phases of production

  • Adheres to client budget and time constraints


Additional duties/skills: Takes part in producing treatments, creating designs based on treatment and style guide, designs several drafts before the final version is approved.
