And now Sam has entered the world of films by director Martin Eriksson! Traditionally high qaulity hand-drawn animation (cel animation) brings Eva Eriksson’s characters to life. A vivid, exciting, comical and well choreographed animation accurately portrays the books and does them justice. The fabolous Lindgren Brothers makes the music.

A pilot of the book Sam’s Car was made in 2011 and was shown succesfully in the Swedish Television.
