The role

B-Reel New York is looking for a tenacious Director of Integrated Production to join our expanding team – someone with excellent operational and production management skills, who can help expand and grow our portfolio of brand partners, including Google, LVMH, Hyundai, Afterpay.

The Director of Integrated Production is responsible for supporting our business and creative goals within our NYC office. They are accountable for the successful delivery of all our work, and a trusted partner to the Managing Director, Finance Director, and senior clients on all financial, operational, delivery matters. The role has three focus areas:

  • Working at least 50% delivering project work for our clients, creating meaningful connections with both potential and existing clients in a wide variety of businesses.
  • Managing the production teams to raise the bar across our client relationships and opportunities.
  • Balancing financial and delivery success, while helping navigate our team and clients towards our set goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership team and engage with our clients to build a trusted relationship and showcase our innovative and nimble production solutions which align to their business needs
  • Oversee team resourcing, allocation and collaboration to ensure we have the right people on the right brief
  • Manage project and retainer budgets to ensure the office is meeting revenue targets, utilization, freelance targets and gross margin targets
  • Oversee project kick off meetings to help determine team strategy, milestones, scope of work and production schedule
  • Oversee quality control across all workstreams, ensuring our creative output is delivered to the level of craftsmanship we pride ourselves on and are known for
  • Manage MSA and contract negotiations and provide review and approval for commercial agreements
  • Develop and maintain a network of production specialists and vendors to support the various project needs from content, experiential, digital to integrated campaigns
  • Mentor and guide Production staff across all aspects of Production excellence including delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 7+ years of production management experience working with global clients on fast-paced, integrated campaigns, which span digital, social, print, web, content, mixed reality
  • Track record of curating smart and effective teams and processes to meet and exceed targets. Ability to work across a network and various geographies a plus.
  • A champion of equity, diversity and inclusion
