The role

We’re looking for a brand communications strategy director to dig-in with us, and create iconic work that grows our relationships and presence. 

This person needs to be:

A rising star, with expertise in brand and communications design, who’s hungry to make work that defines the next chapter of B-Reel and our industry.

A self-starter with a desire to solve new problems, and old problems in new ways, and an active participant in culture and technology — curious about exploring and harnessing their potential.

An ambidextrous thinker — able to process a broad array of information, and articulately deliver compelling narratives that inspire teams and clients.

Someone who thrives working in open, fluid, collaborative environments, and values strong relationships with creative partners.

Responsibilities

Accountable for successfully leading brand and communications strategic output across multiple client relationships and new business efforts, in close partnership with creative and client engagement leads.

Inclusive of driving primary research (quant/ qual); building cohesive connections and measurement plans, and work that aligns with our commitment to innovation. 

They will support the development of thought leadership, IP, and priority initiatives to help elevate our team’s collective cultural intelligence.

And provide ongoing oversight, guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant full time experience.
  • Track record of driving effective, creatively driven social and digital-first work across industries and clients at a creative agency, leading brand and communications design (specific experience in technology, entertainment, media, fashion verticals a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive, productive relationships with client leads, and creative partners. 
  • Fluent with Research Tools.
